I was sent a parcel from Germany 25.10.2010 by HERMES which I never received .A parcel was back to Germany 25.11.2010 like Adresse falsch oder nicht vollstndig (like false adress).I was sent a photos by Sender and I understood that transportation on Portugal was done by CHRONOPOST Portugal,which by explanation of International Department was 2 times sending e-mail for HERMES asking my mobile number and HERMES never replied (02.11.2010 and 12.11.2010).I am totally disagree with the service provided by CHRONOPOST Portugal which didn´t discover my adress .All elements of adress are correct,so it means that somebody who was seaching our adress and didn´t find - seached nothing .I am receiving a lot correspondency by my adress and never had such a kind of problems. A telephone number is not a part of post elements in no one part of the world. I lost my time and a piece was sent by another post provider.It´´s a shame for such a kind of organisation like CHRONOPOST International to provide such terrible service , we are not living in epoch of stone.By the way ,I have received an information from the Sender today that he opened his reclamation case in HERMES . As discovered the parcel was open in CHRONOPOST Portugal by somebody and it ´s not a business of CHRONOPOST at all .Just in Portugal CHRONOPOST is using mobile to ask for road . In civilised parts of the world professionals are using maps , reference books , etc. Is it not enough for post elements like :Street , house number , flat , post code and name of the country ? What for needs a mobile number , just apologise to resent a parcel back with the formulation : Adress does not exist ???? And who was authorised to open a parcel , what was a reason and right to do it ???? It´s an absurd. A period when the parcel was stocked in Portugal - 23 days and I lost 1 complete month !!!Do not wait nothing - make reclamation as me!!!
