Não fiques "baralhado", a resposta para o seu problema pode ser muito simples, grave sempre os seus cds em velocidade mínima, para o laser vincar bem as trilhas, com 1x velocidade deve funcionar perfeitamente. Os cds players OEM, sofrem deste mal.

nao deve ser esse o problema, uma vez que tambem nao conseguia retirar o dvd de navegaçao e depois de alterar uns parametros com o vag lá consegui retira-lo.
Com a cx de cd´s deve estar a acontecer a mesma coisa.
Mas na verdade, nao estou muito preocupado, enquanto os dois memory card bombarem som, no problem.

Então, o que tens, não é um rns-"D", e sim um rns-"E", estes sim levam cartões sd e DVD maps.
E a configuração é outra, diferente da que lhe facultei.
E No Cd Charger, significa, que a hedaunit RNS-E, não está conectada a caixa de cds.
Convém, verificar se o doador, também era uma B6 e se bom confirmar as ligações dos pins, pois este embora está lá, ligado e bem montado, mas não há sinais vitais dele.
Com o vag-com, veifique a configuração RNS-"E" e teste, de acordo com o coding abaixo:
